It was worth every penny spent... except that it was not quite pennies by thousands of dollars. Extensive renovation of an "old" home was a very difficult decision but I am glad that I went for the "extreme makeover" route. It did not take me long to realize that Joshua has "seen it all and done it all" when it comes to home renovation so I relinquished control and deferred to him for most decisions. Joshua was not only my contractor but he was also the designer (left the built in design and color coordination to him), the shopper (he has to pick up the lights, accessories) and the financial controller (as budget was a constraint).
